Order came a week later than promised. I sent an email inquiry requesting more information as to when order would arrive & received your follow up a week after my order finally arrived. I was glad to finally receive my order, but dissatisfied with the lack of a timely response both in the order’s arrival and in response to my inquiries. I am unlikely to use your service often in the future.
