I ordered a product that involved personalisation. Unfortunately I was informed that the engraving machine required a new part. I was informed straight away of this & how long my order would take. I explained that the item was a birthday present for my husband so was needed by a certain date. Communication was excellent & I was offered alternatives. Fortunately the item was ready in time & was posted with express delivery. Item quality is excellent
