I experienced poor customer service. The product arrived damaged, with packets opened and scattered in the box. Now the product is unusable. I emailed the customer service department twice, but received no response, and my emails are now bouncing back as undeliverable. It seems we are out of all our money with no way to get a replacement. I will not order from this company again.
