This app has one of the worst user experiences I’ve ever had with a financial platform. Depositing money was instant, but when it came time to withdraw my own funds, I was hit with multiple errors, account verification issues, and long delays.
They hold your money for days, then when it’s finally available, the app doesn’t work properly and you’re forced to contact support just to access your own cash. Customer support is slow and everything feels buggy and poorly designed.
If you need reliable access to your money, I would not recommend this app. There are much better and smoother financial platforms out there.
