Deceptive energy rates

They promote energy rates based on your postcode, but after signing up, the rates are higher, justified by your address. This is a significant misrepresentation; why advertise lower rates if they are not accurate? I chose this service mainly for the flat rates, as having solar makes it unreasonable to incur higher charges during peak hours.

I'm trying to obtain an unbiased view of this company, but I find that one platform has predominantly positive reviews while another shows mostly negative ones. I notice that the positive reviews seem to be solicited by the company. Do these reviewers receive any incentives? How can one form a realistic assessment of the company's performance with such contrasting feedback?
