My mum booked tickets with this travel agency, she then gave them an entire weeks notice to extend the ticket date to the week after due to personal problems. Both my mum and Hamza agreed on a price, and the agent was going call my mum back to confirm her booking, which they didn’t bother to do so. My mum tried calling and speaking to Hamza several times as the flight date was drawing closer, and Hamza hadn’t still called back, also he was avoiding answering her calls, or even returning her calls or to the numerous messages she had left with his colleges. Finally a colleague of his called back as Hamza didn’t want to honour the price he had agreed to, and nor did his colleague care to honour it and was being manipulative, eventually we ended up paying more than agreed as it was a day before the flight, even though it was the companies fault for making us wait and run around. We also requested the agent to book a wheelchair for her as my mum has difficulty in walking, the agent confirmed he had booked it. My mum reached the airport On Monday and there was no wheelchair, as it hadn’t been booked sadly. My mum had a very difficult time due to this, and the workers at the airport confirmed that no wheelchair was booked by the travel agency, even though I spoke to Al-Islam travel agency myself and requested the wheelchair more than once to make sure they booked it as she has problems walking.Never booking with this company again, what a nightmare. Change your company name, as you’re giving Islam a bad name with your lies and deception. Update: Seriously I didn’t expect Al-Islaam travels to stoop so low and lie in their reply. I’m happy to provide the call list of the numerous calls made to Al-Islaam. Seriously, are you all that shallow that you’re willing to lie to wriggle out of this. This actually shows that you all don’t fear Allaah, and that you’re willing to lie and mislead people for the sake of making money. Well if you investigated then it clearly shows your investigation skills must be very poor. To be fair many so called Muslims today sadly have no self respect to admit their errors and mistakes. Also if this was a false review, then Al-Islaam travels could have easily, reported this review to trust pilot and reported it as fake, which they haven’t as they know this is true. I swear by Allaah this is true and this is what happened, if al-Islaam continue to lie, I’m going to report your travel agency further. First I wasn’t going to do it, but since you are willing to stoop so low and lie, for the benefit of the Muslims I believe it needs to be done.
