Did the whole course and it said free then once I was sitting there for a hour makes me pay 50 at the very end to get a certificate, then pay the 50 and can’t even get the certificate untill I leave a review on this website, would not recommend using this company, pretty much a scam.
Thsi website is a great platform to learn new courses. I really like that when you take assesments you don't have to feel rushed and you can take them whenever you want. I also like the fact that after you finish each ccourse there is an assesment on that module so you can be tested on what you have learned from that section.
I paid for my certificate on Alison and still cannot access it. Payment was taken, but no proper support or solution was provided. This is extremely frustrating and feels unfair to paying students. I regret paying and would not recommend buying certificates from this platform.
The test was very easy to take, even though it took me many tries to achieve the outcome. I appreciate the study guides and information given to study. Great experience, would recommend.
I really liked that they have free courses to offer, but i didn't like the fact that its all free, free, free, until you have to purchase the certification. I would like to find more free courses in my job preference without having to pay for the certification. Otherwise its well worth it if you can afford the certificate charge.
Excellent course & very well articulated. I really enjoyed my course in the Essentials of Customer Service. There is so much to learn about Customer Service which i previously probably just overlooked. I am jumping into the next level. The certificate they give at the end of the course is really encouraging as well
It was a great experience to take the health administration course with Allison. The lessons were easy to understand, their certificates are very affordable, and they have great customer service support team.

I initially googled where I could get a free defensive driving course, and I was surprised that it was true for this site. I was earning the little XP points, for apparently nothing, because I ended up having to pay for the certificate. Why not allow me to use the points for credit? Stupid, but at least I have it, so maybe I can get a discount on car insurance. The USA is really a shithole place. I've never been in a major accident, and that should count for something, but we get no breaks for that, but the rates go up after each policy renewal. I hate it here. Thanks for nothing.
