I pre-ordered a bear months ago and paid a deposit. It was supposed to be released in Q3, but I was informed later that the schedule had changed. During a live event, I saw the owner mishandling stock, and when I expressed my concerns, I was told I could cancel but would lose my deposit. Now I see that the original stock has been sold. This experience has been incredibly frustrating.
