The delivery took so long that the item was no longer necessary. My return request was frequently ignored, and it seems one of their email addresses went unanswered. Once I finally got a return address and sent the item back, my refund was not processed, requiring me to follow up repeatedly, only to face further neglect. I had to initiate a dispute to get my refund. They claimed to have processed my refund upon receiving the item, but that was not the case; I received my money only after the PayPal dispute. They also mentioned having no record of my emails, yet they eventually responded to my refund inquiry, indicating they must have received them at some point.
