We are not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Once a package is confirmed as delivered to the provided address, the responsibility for its security shifts to the recipient.To solve this issue, you need to get a certificate from the shipping company mentioning it was stolen and we'll send you a new parcel. Or we can send you a new parcel for a fee of $60.FYI,I've been trying to call their own carrier which is GOFO and not able to talk to a live customer. They dropped the item in front of my building not in front of my apartment door. Which means anyone can steal it. I recommend buy a product that has Great customer service. They make it seem like they to help but do not.
