My experience with the doctor and dietician were great. Dr. Yvette Gentry and Heather Walker were great. They take alot of tests and will walk you through everything.
My issue with Allara is with the lack of thought to equity. I would suggest that anyone looking to try Alara should schedule an appointment far in advance to ensure that there's ample time for them to review your insurance. I have Anthem but, my version of Anthem didn't cover my Allara services which is always a possibility. However they told me one week before three separate $125 payments were due. For some people that's impossible in one pay check. Their customer service is lacking and slow which basically gives no time to create any type of a plan. Luckily I have the money to pay it but, I won't be associating with them anymore. Makes me sick when more thought isn't put into those who have the least but, I shouldn't be surprised, another money first medical space.
