I was quite disappointed with this experience. The provider I was matched with seemed annoyed to be talking to me and, didn't ask me any questions and literally spoke to me for 10 minutes out of 30 minutes we had scheduled and I got charged $80 for this. Again our second call was minimal and charged another $80 for a 10-minute phone call. All they did was refer me out to other people, neurology, therapy, physical therapy, nutrition. Not helpful at all.
