The beginning was quite challenging, as I received multiple emails prompting me to check out even though my order was placed. When it finally arrived, it was the wrong item, and I didn’t hear back for several days, making me doubt the reliability of the service. However, after a response indicating the correct product was on its way and an apology, my impression improved a bit. I'm still uncertain but will rate them 4 stars for their efforts.
