Initially, it was a bit challenging. I kept receiving emails prompting me to check out even though I had already placed an order. When my package finally arrived, it contained the wrong item. After a few days of no communication, I started to worry it might be a scam. However, I eventually received a response stating that the correct product was on its way and they apologized for the mix-up. Although I'm still a bit uncertain, I appreciate their effort and will give them 4 stars in the end.
