I first ordered a battery from you on July 23. I still haven't gotten the item from that order (Order #15888). It is still processing (even today), according to your online tracking system.Not remembering that, I ordered it again from you on Aug 26. When entering that second order (Order #15998) to my airplane expense database, the database alerted me that I had already ordered that exact item from you a month ago. That's when I lost confidence that you would ever send me a battery. So I immediately cancelled that second order (#15998) and ordered a battery from another company (which already arrived). Martin Petera emailed back on August 27, stating it had already been shipped, but would send a return merchandise authorization form in the morning. The now unneeded battery arrived, but the RMA still hasn’t arrived.
