I was treated to a Mothers Day brunch by my family. I ordered the avocado and feta on sourdough. When it came, I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. It was one slice of toast lying on its own on the plate with avocado spread on it like butter instead of mashed! There were about 3 crumbly pieces of what might have been feta and one tiny red slice of what was presumably a slice of chilli pepper.To charge £10 for what I had was appalling and the only reason I didn’t send it back was because I didn’t want to upset my daughter who organised the meal. I also insisted on paying for mine, as i didn’t want my kids to have to add it onto an already overpriced bill.We will not be coming back to eat there again.
