A family group of three and I visited the All Bar One at Brindley Place in Birmingham. The staff and general atmosphere were warm and welcoming. However, a major disappointment was the temperature of the food we ordered - the fish and chips and the 'Beyond Burger' with fries had to be sent back to the kitchen as all the meals were cold, or unevenly cooked, this happened twice.Jo, the manager, was not on duty at the time. When notified she resolved the complaint quickly and extremely professionally. The matter was handled superbly and had this not been the case we would not have returned in the future. Fortunately we enjoyed the rest of our evening and will return as it was clear that the poor quality of service by the chef(s) was unacceptable and Jo’s response has restored our confidence in All Bar One, Brindley Place, Birmingham.
