All Bar One Sheffield.We booked a table to “dine” on line. 8.30 arrival until 10pm. Options to arrive and eat were available beyond that time. On arrival we told a member of staff we had a table booked and they confirmed we could sit anywhere. We took a table and proceeded to order on line. Drink and meal booked and paid for on line using the app. A drink arrives, then a short time later a member of staff arrives and tells us the kitchen is closed. We explained we had booked to dine at 8.30pm and had now ordered and paid for our order. They couldn’t explain why the system allowed you to book order and pay for food when the kitchen was closed. (We had arrived before 8.30pm, but hey !) Staff, while polite, were indifferent to the fact we had booked ordered and paid for something that wasn’t available A total farce.Avoid and eat elsewhere.
