All Bar One in Covent Garden.....Shocking all round and absolutely no customer service at all. Table we were to be seated at was vaguely pointed out to us.... menus were thrust on to the table and we were told to scan the code to order. App was not working so eventually managed to get a waitress over to ‘help’ us. She tutted out loud when my phone was not fast enough for her. App continued to not work and nobody was available to advise after 20 mins of waiting and asking for help.Toilets were dirty and busy. Restaurant was far too noisy and nobody seemed to care about the diners. It seemed to be ‘order a take away in a restaurant’. Would far prefer to order a take away from the comfort of my own home. Not what you expect when dining out at all. We were so frustrated by the app and lack of support that we left before ordering anything and found a fantastic independent alternative. I would be very surprised if any staff members even noticed us leaving. I have been a frequent guest at multiple All Bar One restaurants in the past and have loved my experiences. This has put me off for life ,and it is safe to say I will not be visiting one again. I’m not sure if the company has got it all wrong (I know how hard it’s been with Covid) or this particular restaurant is just lacking in customer care but it was hugely disappointing.
