We went to All Bar One in Waterloo on Sunday (17 Dec 2023). It was the worst restuarant experience I have ever had. First they were struggling with eggs and used that as the excuse why there was such a delay. Than after an hour, we are told there is no French toast, even though there are a number of other people we could see that was being served French toast. How it takes an hour to tell the customer this, is beyond me. For my 6 year old son, we had to insist they please bring his food now, as we have been waiting so long. Eventually they bring two burnt sausages. We demanded a refund and the waitress couldn't seem to care less about their terrible customer service. What an awful establishment. Very slow, pathetic service and they couldn't care less about their customers. Stay clear.
