I ordered three full price shoes and they refuse to accept my return. I got three pairs, all redesigned or new designs, and none fit. I put in a return request and they emailed me that they won't accept this return. Their main reason is that I have returned a number of shoes (because they seem to encourage returns in their advertising so I order usually multiple sizes and colors.) This is the email I got. I've been in a back and forth and it hasn't gotten anywhere:[UPDATE: I GOT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION APPROVAL THE NEXT MORNING, EITHER BECAUSE OF MY CREDIT CARD CHARGE DISPUTE OR BECAUSE I SUBMITTED A COMPLAINT WITH OUR (NY) STATE ATTORNEY.
