As a long-time customer, I was eager for my seventh pair of shoes from this brand, but my latest experience has been very disappointing. I bought two pairs of Men’s Tree Runner Go, and they were quite uncomfortable, especially around the arches, even though I ordered my usual size (11) and the website advertised them as having “wear-all-day comfort.” I only wore the shoes briefly to check the fit and comfort. The customer support team acknowledged the minimal wear but still denied my refund request, insisting that returns must show “zero signs of wear.” Instead of a refund, I was given the option of a gift card (with an $8 return fee) or an exchange. The customer service process was frustratingly slow, hard to navigate, and required multiple follow-ups. Even after asking for a manager to review my case, I was denied access. I submitted photos before returning the shoes and attempted to resolve the matter respectfully. The handling of this return seemed misleading and unjust. The comfort claims did not match the product I received, and the entire experience left me feeling misled and very disappointed. Given my experience, I would strongly advise other customers to proceed with caution.
