Disappointing. A test was ordered and arrived on time, but there were issues with the blood draw. I attempted to contact a nurse for the quoted fee, but after speaking with the phone service, nothing was resolved. When I followed up three days later, I was told they couldn't assist until January! It took a week for someone to finally understand my situation. Unfortunately, I was trying to monitor my advanced Prostate Cancer score. Completely inadequate service.
