Extremely disappointing experience. The PSA test was ordered and arrived on time, but there were significant issues with drawing the blood. I attempted to reach a representative for the advertised £65 service. After speaking with the support team, there was no follow-up. When I called back three days later, the support team informed me they couldn't assist until January! After a week of waiting, I still received no help. It's unfortunate as I needed to check my stage 4 Prostate Cancer score. Completely ineffective.
