My experience was absolutely terrible. It took an eternity for them to complete my application or respond to me. They were rude when I inquired about the status. They kept insisting they had 12 months per contract and used every day. It took them exactly one year to submit the application, and then I had to wait another year for approval. I recommend handling it yourself; it's really not complicated.
