I used All Comfort Limo recently to pick up My son and my cousin from JFK airport on September 4th, I also used their services to pick me up from the airport on September 5th. The Good: in both pick ups the vehicles were nice and the drivers arrived on time.The Bad: I coordinated the itinerary for these airport pickups with the dispatcher several times prior to the trip and was often asked for the same information over and over again. Which I either emailed or texted over…when I advised AllComfort… I already sent this information over I would receive a blunt response “no you did not”. Then after forwarding the previously submitted information ..indicating the information requested was in fact sent…I would get an apology and confirmation that they have it. 2nd, on the day I made a Zelle payment for my pick up on September 5th… I was advised they did not receive it.. and when I sent the screen shot indicating the date it was sent.. I was advised it was the wrong date for a previous pick up..even though the screen shot clearly showed the correct date. The dispatcher also commented they hope the screen shot with the wrong date was by mistake ? implying that I was purposely sending them proof of payment with an incorrect date. I have spent hundreds of dollars using AllComfort Limousines services and I was offended by that comment, this is no way to treat a customer who does not have to use their services. After some back and forth, AllComfort finally confirmed they received payment. Later that day after having conversations with my son…he showed me a text message exchange between him and the dispatcher on September 4th, clearly …upset that they had to wait for my son to pick up his checked in luggage, my son was flying in From Panama so his phone was not turned on right away ..he was told by the dispatcher that the driver is upset because he could not reach my son….and that “they do too much”…in reference to the things they do for costumers. Why does my son need to know the driver was upset who is working for who here ? Why is the driver upset? it’s his Job to wait on customers….After assessing the two times I have used their services ….it’s clear this company has a customer service problem. They speak to their customers with a lack of respect being abrupt, rude and at times offensive with their comments. It’s safe to say after this last experience I will not be using this company again…I have spent hundreds of dollars with this company and it’s clear , I am not a valued customer. I don’t spend my hard earned money with companies that don’t appreciate my business.
