I had a very negative experience with all day shirts.com.I placed an order for some hoodies because my local high school football team is in the playoffs. We wanted to have some special sweatshirts made for the next playoff game. Unfortunately, while placing the order, I forgot two people who should have received one. I was not able to go online and add to the existing order, which I completely understand so I placed a separate order. The cost of these sweatshirts was approximately 40% higher because of the eliminate quantity. I assumed that all these shirts.com would be reputable and I could contact them and they would refund the difference, especially since the overall quantity increased. Nothing could be further from what happened. He basically responded and told me there was nothing to do and I could just deal with it.As someone who has been in business for a long time, I know the value of a customer and return customers. I can tell you that I will never use this company again, and I will not recommend them to anybody in my very large circle.And finally, I can promise that I will get my money back because I don’t even want the product anymore.What a horrible experience and I hope they learned some type of lessonThey obviously don’t understand the value of a satisfied customer
