I've been using the service for just over a year. On the positive side, the prices for clothing are quite reasonable, and all my orders have been accurate and arrived promptly. (I'm also a member). Recently, I decided to try the dtf transfers and ordered numbers for my team's game shirts. Unfortunately, the #1's were the wrong size when they arrived. After several communications, they only offered to refund me for the #1's. What can I do with just part of the set? Their slow responses added to my frustration, as I had a deadline and had to order from another source. Now, I'm left with unusable numbers and the bill. I’ll continue using them for shirts since I have my membership, but I won’t be placing any more dtf orders with them. I checked and they still haven't replied after 5 days.
