Very suspicious about the legitimacy of the website. They claimed we had created an event with them, and had "worked with them before", but the event name didn't line up with our schedule and we'd never heard of them. When we queried their email, they said the event was uploaded by someone else. No consistency in their story. It appears one of their team grabbed out event details from Eventbrite and pretend it was their own event. Very dishonest. The entire experience felt like a scam.
The events have been fantastic for promoting our pop-up restaurant activities; we noticed a clear increase in guests once we found out we could upload events directly from social media. While I would appreciate more behind-the-scenes help, such as contact imports, it has been a wonderful experience for a free account.
The platform claims to list events with the organizers' permission. Users can register for more details about events. The organizer is then contacted with an offer for the customer's information, for a fee. It's a scam. As an organizer, I’ve had to reach out multiple times to request the removal of events listed without my consent.

There's way too much spam. I bought a ticket to an event and now I'm signed up for mailing lists and have an account I didn't want. I only wrote this review because when I tried to unsubscribe, they responded with something like, "we'll try to send you events more aligned with your interests." I don’t want any events at all. The event organizers should handle their own marketing.
They never suggested anything I liked, even after completely filling out my profile and adjusting it over two years. I unsubscribed from all communications over six times, yet they kept emailing me without permission. I attempted to block them, but they continued to come through. I reported spam repeatedly, and it still didn't stop. I had to delete my account today. If they keep contacting me, I will consider legal action as this is definitely against the law.
