ok first of all they say they can cut down what you owe...thats not true ... huge lie AFTER they charge you over 4K just to take your case. This is a total scam!! not only do i STILL owe the taxes i can't afford to pay but now i owe THEM 4K just to tell me i still owe the same amount and to do it in installments. BUT they SAVED me 249.00 in penalties..BIG DEAL! Thanks Alleviate you suck!
