Actually I would rate them as minus 10 for their sheer lack of customer service!!My orders have never turned up and the tracking information hasn't been updated since mid November saying in transit🤪.I have now tried to make contact 5/6 times with Allfemme about the order and getting a refund and have had absolutely zilch response and I am out of pocket for over €100.DO NOT be taken in hy this company and what are probably false positive reviews, absolutely scam/con!!!!😡😡
