UPDATE 12/1/25: The support team reached out, and we managed to resolve the issue with a refund. I appreciate their quick response. I ordered from them a month ago and received no communication until this week when I got a receipt for a new shipment I didn't order. I don't have any subscription or membership with them. After several unresponsive emails this week, I’m out $60 with no way to recover it.
