Avoid this unreliable service. I spent around £20 on an order placed at the beginning of November, and now, as December is nearly over, I still haven't received it. My experience was incredibly disappointing. From the outset, communication was unclear and unprofessional. I had to reach out multiple times just to obtain basic information, and even then, the responses were vague and unhelpful. The service fell short of expectations and felt rushed and poorly managed. When I voiced my concerns, they were either ignored or dismissed instead of being properly addressed. Given the time and money I invested, I anticipated much better quality and customer support. In summary, I cannot recommend this service based on my experience. There are many other options that prioritize customer satisfaction and uphold their promises.
