I was having trouble with a transaction coming out of my account from their company which I had not made. This person went above and beyond to help me make sure I got my money back for a transaction I never made. I could not have asked for a better representative to help me out. Your company should give this person a raise that's for sure! You don't come across many representatives that will go through that amount of work to see that the customer gets what they deserve. Very nice, courtesy, empathetic, and genuinely all around great person with a great customer service work ethic. Thank you kindly for all your help!
