I encountered extremely unprofessional behavior from the representative, who had my referral letter since the 30th and refused to assist me or schedule an appointment. I intend to report this to the relevant authorities. The arguments presented were nonsensical and frustrating. Is this how one should treat people who are unwell? I hope accountability comes for this.
