I had a generally good experience with the service — the staff were professional and the service was excellent. However, the signage for finding the location is very poor. There are no clear signs at the car park entrance, in the car park, or outside the building. The only reference is a small mention in the address text message, which is easily missed by first-time visitors. Improved signage would greatly benefit new guests, as staff have mentioned receiving similar feedback regularly.
