I had a very disappointing experience. The representative had my referral letter since the 30th and refused to assist me or schedule an appointment. I plan to report this to the relevant authorities. The interactions were unproductive and frustrating. It is unacceptable to treat people this way when they are unwell. I hope accountability is upheld.
