I would like to emphasize how shocking the lack of communication between Allianz and their customers is. The insurance that is supposed to cover and assist me when I have an accident is actually causing me more stress - I am currently holding on the line for over half an hour trying to reach you and hoping the line won't cut before I talk to a human as it has been all morning. I have also sent 4 emails with receipts and detailed information of my current situation. None of them have been answered, not one follow up call or email back. I have currently done all I had to to get my car fixed, paid more than my excess for that and yet no one can call me back to discuss reimbursement (though, the monthly payment NEVER fails). Still waiting on my answer.
