Car incident 28th January. The agent didn’t send to the assessor company by week 1 and I had to ring about it. Assessment done and it took a week to get a call from the agent . Still not settled . Brutal phone services . I’ve emailed and also requested several call backs . No reply to either. Accepted the write off valuation last Tuesday - sent my documents as requested within 20 mins of the call and nothing back since . Early settlement of the loan on the car has now passed its deadline and the next payment has left my account. Seriously not impressed at this .
