I have tried to view my documentation online just now and previously on other occasions and I find that my password is not accepted when I click on the link to get an email with a passcode, the email never comes so I can’t access my documentation also setting up an account online is not accessible for a blind person using ascreen reader. Thus this means that the website is not compliant with EU disability regulations.
