Favour Street in dealing with this company will be thinking long and hard and talking with my broker about where I go next year with my car insurance. For two days I have been trying to get them on the phone I held for 40 minutes yesterday currently holding for something similar today. The answering service repeats an apology for the delay and answering your call but they're doing nothing about this so it's not really an apology. I have to try and work and hold on a phone call while chasing up on a claim for damages to my car.
