Having a motor claim is your worst nightmare with Allianz. Their claims reporting is not in Ireland and it took ages for them to locate the area and that was the only call I successfully made. I can’t get through, they say they will call you back…. I wonder when??? It’s disgraceful, my car is off the road a week, the other party admitted liability. Apart from my initial call… which took about an hour… nothing. AXA and Aviva don’t treat customers like this. It is shocking. They would want to be a lot cheaper to merit insuring with them.
