A simple non Irish address update is so difficult! To update the address field, you have to add county and there is no option to add country. The address change request was declined despite me explaining I had to add Dublin and Ireland to the address because of the drop down limits. I then had to call a number in Dublin to call out my address which will be passed to a senior CS agent for approval.Such an antiquated process for an international company that assumes policy holders are all in Ireland!
