I have had a hole in my roof due to storm damage and 2 months later the Assessor decided to tell me i would be lucky to get the roof tiles off Allianz even though there was water damage due to rain coming thrugh the attic.Even though i have not been given one cent my premium was doubled.Be extremely careful when deciding on what company to go with.Also customer service and how customers are treated is appauling.They genuinely are clueless.If you do have a claim i advise get someone to handle it for you.There was no compassion for the children freezing in a house with a hole in the roof and dampness due to the torrential rain.I don't know what i actually was paying insurance for and then the audacity for doubling my premium on a first claim that i never recieved a cent for.
