I’ve been waiting over a month for updates on my insurance claim and have been promised multiple call-backs that never happened. Each time I call Allianz, I’m told someone will contact me but no one ever does. Now I’ve been told I can’t even speak to anyone on the claims team directly. The only option is to “wait for a call-back,” which could take another two weeks.This level of communication is completely unacceptable from a major insurer. Customers should not be left in the dark for weeks with no updates, no contact, and no accountability. I’ve made a formal complaint and will be escalating to the Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman if this isn’t resolved promptly.
