I can't get compensation for treatment from them. At the end of July 2020, I sent them a claim for dental treatment. The correspondence with them has been going on for two months. There is still no money. In their responses to my emails, they ask for more and more bank account details. They're just playing for time! At the same time, the money for a later request came in three days. I think they just sent my money to another client and don't want to do anything to correct their mistake.
