This company used to be great. Now is full of inconsistencies. For example the same basic dermatological doctor visit and treatment was approved and paid at least 5x in 2022 now it is not good anymore. They want medical reports signed by the treating doctor detailing the following: detailed description of the symptoms, ICD code, explanation of the medical necessity for the treatment or procedure, details of medical treatment carried out, invoice with a stamp (receipt and bank stub not good anymore).
