I merely wanted an update for my family's OVHC policy involving removing of persons in the policy, and extending the policy date for the remaining person in the policy.Emails went back and forth for probably already 6 or 8 times, and each time the email comes back, it is coming from a different person, with incorrect information about my policy! I don't think they read the email trail thoroughly. I cannot believe how they could have misunderstood simple instructions on the change of policy! It seems Customer Service is deliberately just going back and forth with emails, perhaps, to generate KPI's based on responses on the ticket, it doesn't matter that it is becoming very poor quality of service.
