Their procedures are designed to thwart the payment of any claim. You can never speak to the person handling the claim, only the customer service rep, who has limited data to look at and this provides no record of the call. The company takes 10 business days to process anything and then sends a snail mail which takes that many more days. The letter says a response is needed within a certain time or the claim will be terminated. That deadline is usually perilously close to when the letter is received. Despite over 10 calls, I only once received a call back to go over any and all the remaining items. They just kept adding on after I had sent what they asked for. I have to think most people just give up.
