I am disappointed that I placed my order on 11/24/17, it was shipped on 11/30/17 but has not been received. I did not pay extra for tracking of my shipment so I guess it is lost in the mail. I used the USA website thinking it would be shipped from the USA. I contacted them via email and by the phone number on the website after the package was not received and I was advised that it was shipped internationally.
